Description | It is common and wingspan is 40-70mm. It is commonly found in an altitudinal range of 1200-3000m and is slow, floating, lazy flight. It is mostly seen on the flowers from May-June. Male is white with black veins, with very little black scaling in between. Female is similar but more heavily marked. The host plant species is Berberis lycium. |
